1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Border Buy website and app (the "Service"), operated by Jersey Tandoy, Marikina Philippines. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Border Buy is

Border Buy is a free information service that shows prices listed by selected retailers in different European countries. Border Buy does not sell any products, is not a party to any purchase you make, and does not handle orders, payments, deliveries, returns or warranties. Any purchase is a contract solely between you and the retailer.

3. Not affiliated with retailers

Border Buy is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any retailer shown, including IKEA, Apple, MediaMarkt or any other store. Product and store names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products and stores.

4. Prices are indicative

Prices, availability and product details come from third-party sources and may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect. Results may be cached for up to 24 hours. Prices in physical stores may differ from online prices. Currency conversions use reference rates for convenience only; they are not bank rates and do not include fees. Always confirm the final price and conditions with the retailer before buying. Border Buy never estimates prices; if no verified result is found, none is shown.

5. Ads and affiliate links

The Service contains advertisements and affiliate links. If you buy after clicking an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Ads are labelled as such. Commissions do not affect how results are ranked.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not scrape, overload or attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits or security, use automated means to send searches, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may limit or block access to protect the Service.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Links lead to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.

11. Governing law
